ACC - 03
ACC-03 is a ready to use spray applied liquid curing agent to prevent water loss from the surface of freshly placed concrete, it forms a thin film barrier on the concrete without affecting the normal setting action.
ACC-03 meet with ASTM-C309 requirements.
Uses
ACC-03 is particularly useful in large areas of exposed concrete such as：
- Road, highways, runways,hangars
- Roof decks
- Civil engineering structures
- Industrial floor slabs
- Retaining walls
- Pre-stressed structures
- Bridge decks, etc

Application instructions
1. Substrate quality / Pre-treatment
- Concrete surface must be free from surface water.evaporation of the surface water can take from 30 mins to 2 hours, depending on temperature and water/cement ratio.
2. Application
- Stir well before use.
- Hand type backpack or motorized sprayers.
- Spray product in a fine mist to completely cover the concrete surface.
3. Consumption
- 0.15-0.2 kg/m²
(comsumption depends on wind speed.temperature and humidity during application.)
- Note：This figure is theoretical and does not include for any additional material required due to surface porosity, surface profile, variations in level and wastage etc.
4. Maintenance
- After application of ACC-03, the area must be protected from rain for at least 3 hours.
- Hardened / cured material can only be removed mechanically.
5. Cleaning of tools
- Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
